Travelling to Linköping
Other than flying to Arlanda and taking a train there is also these options:
From Amsterdam you can fly to Linköping with KLM. The airport is a bit isolated so having a taxi ready for your arrival is a good idea.
From Paris, London, Warsaw, Kraków, Düsseldorf, Bremen and Béziers you can fly to Skavsta with Ryanair. From Skavsta to Linköping you can take bus with Flygbussarna.
From Helsinki (and rest of Finland) there is flights to Västerås and boats.
Staying in Linköping
Linköping City Hotel and Vandrarhem is located in the city centre.
Mjellerumsgården is a hostel located close to the university. Custom in Sweden is to bring your own sheets to Hostels.
Scandic Linköping Väst is located in Ryd, walking distance from the university.
Hilma Winblads Bed and Breakfast is located in Gamla Linköping with walking distance to the university.
Other than those there’s a bunch of hotels in town. Visit Linköping should have all of them. There might also be a few Airbnbs around.
Travelling within Linköping
